Wishlist for the IFPL

Latitude/Longitude databases for any countries in the world

(This would be any database which relates local information to a Lat/Long coordinate, preferably with an average distance of 10-20 miles between. Like : Phone prefix, postal/zip codes)

Particularly : Australia

Anyone know how to properly convert English grid coordinates to Latitude/Longitude?

Information on retrieving GPS data from any of the new GPS capable phones
Programming of Mobile-IFPL clients for phones with Java and GPS capabilities.
Serial or CF based Linux compatable GPS reciever. (For development of the mobile IFPL)
